DSH Jev plugin

DeepSeek Harness plugin: twelve optional Jev or Luna judgment features for skill ranking, drift, completion, approvals, and log admission.

Overview

dsh-jev-plugin (github.com/luobosibing2/dsh-jev-plugin, MIT; package name deepseek-harness-jev) is luobosibing2's native DeepSeek Harness plugin. Twelve features are independently toggled from one Jev settings page and are all disabled by default: skill selection, file ranking, drift reminders, completion checks, goal supervision, instruction guidance, interjection routing, shared-finding corrections, long-log admission, test-log admission, workspace approval, and stage navigation. The main model still plans and calls tools; enabled features call the saved judgment endpoint at documented Cordis extension points. Tested with DSH 0.1.7-rc.2 per README; community project, not an official DeepSeek or TypeSafe release. Bilingual docs and dated test reports live at luobosibing2.github.io/dsh-jev-plugin/. GitHub had 185 stars and 16 forks on 2026-10-08.

Problem: DeepSeek Harness agents need fast structured judgment on skills, drift, completion, and dangerous tools without replacing the main planning model.

Built for: DSH 0.1.7-rc.2 Web users who want optional TypeSafe Jev or Luna Decisions layers on skill ranking, supervision, corrections, log admission, approvals, and stage navigation.

How Jev is used

Role in the product flow
Optional System One judgment at DSH hooks for selection, supervision, messaging, tool output, and approvals

State in
Per feature: skill summaries, glob paths, session events, tool results, shared messages, approval payloads, or recorded model steps (README feature table and packages/jev README).
Decision out
Rankings, reminders, completion supplements, admission filters, approval hints, or stage labels with receipts in local plugin records.
  1. Install plugin tarball or GitHub URL into a DSH Web profile
  2. Configure Jev or Luna judgment connection and API key on the Jev page
  3. Enable only the features you need (defaults off)
  4. DSH hooks call the judgment client; results apply per feature rules

Think of the plugin as twelve small judgment products sharing one connection. Skill and file ranking use agent/pre-step and tools hooks; supervision watches session events; workspace approval answers eligible single-operation escalations in workspace-write mode; stage navigation classifies completed DSH steps on demand. Reminders are advisory: README says drift and instruction guidance do not block tools. Pair with thruwire-foreman when you want factory-level supervision outside DSH, y0usaf-pi-jev for Pi-specific gates, or devmortimer-pi-warden for Pi guardrails. Install from the Web UI by pasting the GitHub repository URL (README shows github.com/luobosibing2/deepseek-harness-jev, which resolves to this repo). Research inspired by Mu per README acknowledgements.

Sourced performance claims

  • README completion diagnosis: with scripted initial errors, real Jev judgments plus DeepSeek supplements met core requirements in 6/6 enabled error cases; 2/2 accurate controls judged complete without supplement (docs/testing/2026-10-05-completion-recovery).Source: github.com/luobosibing2/dsh-jev-plugin README Behavior and limitations
  • README tool-output admission: one real-profile build log shrank from 8,510 characters by 75.7% at documented defaults (docs/reports/2026-09-27-tool-output-admission.md).Source: github.com/luobosibing2/dsh-jev-plugin README
